Possible Issues
1) The Client inability to access the video – (A regular and always-on link is created and the meeting is held with the Client present)
2) The original ID is not with the Client during the video – (This issue is strongly emphasized with the video appointment and reminder. If the video is made more than once for this reason, late fees will be imposed)
3) Any issue related to the Client’s number and email to send and receive the OTP during the video.
4) Issues with Dubai Courts’ fees payment process (causes delay in notarization) or in the payment portal.
5) The final copy of the document must be sent before notarization to the Client for review (draft) to avoid bearing any responsibility for material errors and parties
6) Correcting any material error (within 2 days) – 100% of the full paid fees for the document’s notarization will be due.
